The older you get, the more essential it is to prioritize eating healthy, eating right is essential for eye health. Other tips include wearing sunglasses, exercising, sleeping enough, taking screen breaks, good hygiene, moisturizing your eyes. Lastly and perhaps most importantly, regular eye exams are critically important for preventing vision loss.
