After struggling to attend a mainstream school with no assistance, his father decided he should attend a school that could accommodate his visual impairment. When it was time for post secondary education, Indian universities wouldn’t accommodate his needs. Instead, he went to MIT; the first international blind student to study there.

After graduation, he headed back to India where he opened his own successful business. Seventy percent of his workforce is differently-abled which in any country would be impressive!
