Books Being Made Accessible for Visually Impaired Children

The green caterpillar from the book The Hungry Caterpillar.Around the world, increasingly, companies and individuals are taking great strides to make books available in accessible formats. Although only a very small percentage of books are currently printed in Braille, there are some key people trying to change this.
 
In this article, the author looks at the changes that are being made to Braille books for kids as well as adults. It’s fun to learn about the fully accessible kids books that many people take for granted in regular print formats and informative to know what is being done to increase adult Braille books.
