About 1 in 12 men and 1 in 200 women in the world see things a little differently than the majority. Such people have what is known as color blindness or color deficiency. There are three types of color blindness: protanopia (the inability to process red light), deuteranopia (the inability to process green light), and tritanopia (the inability to process blue light).
A new photoset shows the average person what the world looks like through the lens of color blindness. The gallery was created by Lenstore for the organization Colour Blind Awareness.
SDCB can help you get back to doing many of the things you did when you were sighted. Please reach out to learn more about our programs.
